Thanks for making this year’s Employee Enrichment Day a success!
Nearly 200 UWL employees participated in the 5th annual Employee Enrichment Day on campus Wednesday, July 18.
This year’s programming opened with Professor Kate Parker and others providing updates about UWL’s Strategic Plan. Then, morning sessions focused on campus safety, personal finances, creating an inclusive environment and more. There were also networking opportunities with colleagues.
Following lunch, this year’s keynote address was Michael Monroe Kiefer on “Maintaining Positive Workplace Attitudes with People-reading Skills.” He followed up his keynote with “The Fun Factor! Using Fun and Creativity to Increase Productivity.”
Thanks to all who participated!
